Team Member Status

Healthy: served 2+ times in 90 days, declines under 30%, answers requests, in a group, and not overloaded.
Watch: any one of these: last served 45 to 89 days ago, served only once, declined 30 to 50%, 2+ requests unanswered, not in a group, or overloaded.
Reach out: no serve in 90+ days, on a roster but never scheduled in 6 months, declined over 50%, or two Watch signals at once.
Overloaded: 3 or more serves a month (9+ in 90 days), or 3+ roles. Each Planning Center Services team and each Mission Group someone leads counts as one role. It counts as a Watch signal.
Planned rest: a decline on a date covered by a blockout (time off entered in Planning Center) isn't counted against anyone.
Mission Group leaders count as serving. Leading is Healthy while the group keeps meeting: Watch if it last met 45 to 89 days ago, Reach out if it hasn't met in 90 days.

Five checks over the last 90 days. All five is Healthy, three or four is Watch, two or fewer is Needs attention.

Gave any gift (yes/no, never amounts)
Registered for an open event
Checked in a child, credited to every adult in the household

Engaged means 2+ kinds of signal, or one signal 3+ times. Lightly engaged means one signal.
